Ordering from formen.com.au is simple, convenient and very safe. Follow these easy steps for a great shopping experience!   Step 1. Choose a product. Select a Brand from one of the many Brand icons on the Home page and click to view. This will display a description of the Brand and a list of products available for that particular Brand. Step 2. Place items in the shopping cart. When you find a product you like, enter the purchase quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can remove items from your cart, return for more items, or adjust quantities and recalculate your subtotal. To begin the checkout process, select “Proceed To Checkout” button. Step 3. Enter your billing and delivery addresses. Unlike many other online stores, we do not require you to join or become a member to shop. Therefore every time you purchase from formen.com.au you will have to enter all your customer details. Enter the name and address of the person or persons to whom your order will be invoiced and delivered. Click the “CONTINUE” button when you're done. Step 4. Confirm your order. Take a moment to review your order. If you want to make changes, use the "BACK" button on your browser. Click the “CONTINUE” button to proceed with your secure credit card transaction. Step 5. Enter the cardholder information. Enter the name on your credit card, exactly as it is spelled on your credit card. Formen.com.au use a secure site of EZIMERCHANTPRO for the highest level of secure data protection. We do not charge your account until your order is complete and delivered to the mail distributor. Step 6. Enter the credit card information. Select from the dropdown list the credit card that you would like to use to make your purchase. Enter your credit card number and your credit card's expiry date. Also, be sure to enter your credit card verification number. With MasterCard and Visa this is the number printed on the signature strip on the back of the card. (The three-digit card verification number follows the credit card number.) On Amex cards, the four-digit number is on the front of the card. Click the “CONTINUE” button to process your transaction. Receipts You will receive a confirmation by email, when your transaction is complete. This confirmation contains an order/receipt number. You will need this number if you need to contact us about the delivery. Print this confirmation email and keep it in a safe place.
